More Business Comes to The Gulch

Retail space in The Gulch is filling up with recent openings such as Kocktails and Kouture last week and more slated for 2013. New leases have been signed this week making the Velocity fully leased. The Icon building is close behind. In 2013 additional retail space will be available around the Pine Street Flats. Residents and business are benefiting from the high foot traffic that The Gulch draws.

Upcoming openings are Accessoreyes, an optical boutique, E Allen Boutique, Rumours Wine Bar and Bongo Java. All will be great additions to the neighborhood. Check out Nancy Deville’s article on The Tennessean’s website for more information about retail in The Gulch.
