It’s Friday! The weekend is finally here and as I was wondering what I might do with any spare time that popped up, I was looking at some of my favorite blogs for inspiration and ideas. Do you guys love to read blogs as much as I do? There are so many fascinating ideas and people out there!
I talk a lot on here about showing your home and doing things to get it ready to sell, but what about once you have found your new place? Of course you want to make your home a reflection of you and fill it with the things you love. I wanted to share some of my favorite home, DIY and design blogs with you today. Blogs can give you some great ideas and often you can do something at a fraction of the cost of buying it. So if you like to dream up new projects, check these out:
Young House Love – This is by far one of the most popular home/DIY blogs out there. They have made a career out of blogging about their DIY adventures and providing how-to instructions for the rest of us.
Centsational Girl – Another popular one and it has a great new daily DIY feature under the tab Best of DIY.
In the Fun Lane – She has everything from entire home renovations, to covering stains on little girl’s dresses with fabric flowers. Just an all-around fun blog!
Honey We’re Home – DIY to organization, this blog has many great things you can do.
The Lettered Cottage – This blog does remodels and updates on their house and others. They are also sharing their adoption journey with readers. It is an inspiration in many areas of life!
Better After – I like this one because it is basically a collection of other peoples before and afters. From reupholstering to entire redesigns of kitchens, to painting fabric and furniture, you can probably find it here and even be linked to the how-to!
These are just a few of the great blogs that are out there. Do you have a favorite, not on this list? Please share with me if you do! I love getting new ideas!
