Renovating Nashville

reside magazineWe live in a wonderfully historic city with some beautiful old houses. Preserving the history of Nashville is important to many that are fortunate to call this home.

Homeowners have the opportunity to be a part of the preservation when updating and renovating homes across the city. Sometimes this is a huge undertaking and it is hard to decide how to move forward with such a big project while considering the history of the house.

Sotheby’s International Realty knows this is a concern of many of our clients, so they decided to make it a focus of our quarterly publication. The fall edition of our worldwide publication focuses on historic renovations. Professionals from across the globe provide insight into renovating an older home and even give advice on managing a renovation of historical properties.

Visit the SIR Luxury Real Estate website to see the digital edition of RESIDE magazine or stop by our Green Hills office and pick up a copy today. While you are there we would be happy to talk about your real estate needs.
