Nashville Sales Continue to Grow

chart showing growth

Sales continue to climb as compared to 2012

The nation as a whole took a very slight dip in sales for the month of June. Total sales decreased 1.2% nationwide, but still remained up 15% over June 2012. I would say overall that is a very good thing!

Inventory nationwide continues to favor sellers with the number of houses on the market being at the lowest point since 2001.

Now here is the really great news, Nashville homes sales are up 23% as compared to June of 2012 and the median price is at $205,000 which is the first time we have seen it over $200,000. The decrease in sales from May to June was less than 1%. We are certainly continuing on a good path.
