Nashville Real Estate Market

Homes for sale in Nashville

Summer is the perfect time to find your new home in Nashville.

According to the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS, single family homes were only on the market for an average of 65 days in June. On top of that, price averages have risen approximately $20,000 for single family homes since this time last year! The best news of all prices are projected to increase 4% by May 2015.

This is great news for home sellers! If you just bought a home, it means your investment is increasing in value and it means if you are even considering buying, it is the right time to start looking!

Cick here to search Nashville listings or give me a call today and let me help you find the perfect home! Using an experienced REALTOR can make buying and selling in the fast paced market a lot less stressful.
