Nashville Real Estate Continues to Improve

A recent article in the Nashville Business Journal shared insightful information from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Nashville continues to see improvement in monthly home sales compared to the same time a year ago. While numbers from August to September dropped slightly, the overall year is still on track to be an improvement over 2011.

I certainly have seen this in our business at The Lipman Group Sotheby’s International Realty, but it is great when the stats show the same trends across our market. Sales prices are up, volume is down and properties under contract increased 24% over a year ago!
