Walk Score is becoming an increasingly talked about topic when deciding where to live.  When looking back through the various places we have lived throughout our lives,  it has been said that 9 out of 10 people will like the place they lived with the highest walk score the best.  Now that is quite a statement!

With the growth of Nashville’s urban core, walkability in Nashville is continuing to increase and is making for a healthier population that is also more carbon footprint friendly.

Here are a few of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhoods:

  • East End – 76
  • Edge Hill – 74
  • Belmont Hillsboro – 73
  • Historic Edgefield – 71
  • Cherokee Park – 68
