Nashville’s New Convention Center Is Not Just for Tourists

A good anchor hotel is one of the keys to success for Nashville’s new convention center.  Planners for big conventions expect the services that come with such a relationship.

Nashville residents also benefit because they get new places to play and dine.  According to the City Paper, the Omni Hotel chain has agreed to be the anchor, a job they have done in other places like Los Angeles, Dallas, and Atlanta.  Each of these hotels features cafes, fine dining, a lounge, and a spa.

Anyone buying residential property Downtown or in the Gulch will have easy access to these ammenties by walking or riding the Music City Circuit.
