Living in The Gulch – Work, Play, Eat, Shop, Walk, Repeat!
The Gulch is Nashville’s trendy intown, urban space that is the ideal location for working, playing eating, working out, shopping, and more.
While there are many many restaurants to enjoy in The Gulch, and over 700 places to live, I thought I would give you an idea of a day in the life in The Gulch:
Wake up in The Gulch in your high rise condo at The Terrazzo. Located at the corner of 12th and Division Streets, it is also home to many offices and retail establishments. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the oversized terrace in your home, taking in the views of Downtown Nashville.

Wake up at Terrazzo in The Gulch, and enjoy an oversized cup of coffee on your oversized terrace overlooking downtown Nashville.
Need some cash for the day? On the ground floor of The Terrazzo building, there’s a BB&T ATM and financial center….so convenient!
Walk to where you work….many offices are located nearby….or hop onto the I-65 Inner Loop and zoom away to your destination.
Don’t have time to make coffee and enjoy the but want to grab a cup of coffee on your way? Cross the street and head to Casablanca Coffee for an elegantly poured espresso or cappuccino….at night stop in for a frothy brew.
There’s always something fun to do in The Gulch after a day’s work or shopping.
Before indulging in other areas, you might be inclined to pamper yourself with a visit to the Adagio Massage Co. & Spa on Pine Street.
Dinner? So many choices, but tonight you choose to dine at Watermark…it has the city’s largest wine list…perfect!
The famous Station Inn is within walking distance of The Terrazzo and is home to some of Nashville’s best live blue grass music.

The Station Inn is internationally known as a place where Bluegrass, American Roots Music and Country Music artists and stars are on the stage and often in the audience.
There are so many more wonderful places to go, things to do and see, and restaurants to try in The Gulch! It’s a thriving urban environment. Check out the video my company created about The Gulch and a couple of other areas nearby.
