It Is A Great Time To Sell or Buy in Nashville

It has been an amazing month! I have been very excited about the new listings I have (see all my listings here) and was thrilled to be a part of a Million Dollar Property sale. It is a wonderful time to be a part of the housing market! If you have been thinking about selling or buying, I would highly encourage you to take that leap! The market is really moving.

The spring season tends to be a busy one for real estate with buyers flooding the market. Combine that with the current low interest rates and low inventory in Nashville and you will find that the competition is getting stiff! It’s a great time to sell your house in Nashville.

We are very excited to see how quickly homes are going under contract and closing in the Nashville market. Sales in Nashville were up 23% in the 1st quarter of this year, as compared to last year.

It has been a spectacular month in our office with agents busy working with both buyers and sellers. We have had EIGHT properties SOLD in the past two weeks.  One of those was a Million Dollar property that sold in 12 days!
