This week I celebrated a closing on a beautiful property where I represented the Buyers. They found a wonderful home and I was able to negotiate a good price, on their behalf, enabling them to buy the house with a good deal of equity before they ever move in! I really enjoy doing this and seeing happy Clients at the end of the day!

As a Real Estate Agent I have many different roles when assisting Clients. When listing a house I suggest ways to make sure it looks its best and compile research on comparable homes and sold listings so a Seller can have all the information when coming up with a list price. Once those items are discussed and decisions made, I go to work marketing the home.
I place the home on our local MLS, the Sotheby’s International Realty website, The Lipman Group’s website and a number of others including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia. As some of the other services I offer, I provide professional photography, email marketing reaching thousands of Middle TN agents and stunning brochures to leave inside the property.
When I am representing a Buyer my role changes. I listen closely to what the Buyer is looking for in a home and community. I pull listings that meet their criteria, then walk them through the homes and observe the home, keeping their needs in mind and offer my input. Yes, at times I have had to say this is not a good house for you once we have seen it up close. When a Buyer finds a home they like I let them know what comparable homes in the area have sold for so the can make an offer they are comfortable with.
I can represent a Seller, a Buyer or someone doing both. You don’t have to be listing your current home with me in order for me to help you find a new home.
